Frequently Asked Questions — FAQs

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) feature of our Support website allows you search information based on product, sub-product and category, or you may use the optional text search by phrase, expression or answer ID. Results of your search can easily be sorted by product, subject or solved incidents. If you do not find the information you need, a simple click on the ASK A QUESTION tab allows you to log your support request from the same web page.
