How do I export photos from Apple Photos to Sync?

This guide will show you how to export photos from the Apple Photos macOS application to Sync:

1. From the Photos application select the item you want to export.
2. Choose File > Export > Export [number] Photos.
3. Click the Photo Kind pop-up menu and choose the file type for the exported photos.
4. Click the File Name pop-up menu and choose how to name the exported files (this step is optional).
5. Click Export.
6. Navigate to a location inside the Sync folder on your computer, and click Export.
