How do I change my password?

You can change your password by using any of your desktop devices that has the Sync software installed.

  1. Click on the Sync icon located on your Windows system tray (bottom right corner) or Mac OS X menu bar (top right corner)
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Choose the Account tab.  This is where you can change your password.



This only changes your password that accesses the encryption key and can only be done on a device that has the client software installed.  The encryption key itself cannot be changed.
