In rare instances you may find that your files are not syncing properly to the cloud or your Sync icon on the system tray or menu bar is stuck indexing. This can usually be resolved by pausing and resuming Sync, or restarting the desktop app.
1. Click the Sync icon in your system tray or menu bar.
2. Click Pause and then Resume.
Clearing the Cache
You may also want to try clearing the Sync cache.
1. Click the Sync icon in your system tray or menu bar.
2. Click Preferences
3. Under Network tab, click “Clear Now” under the Disk Cache

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, send us a support ticket and be sure you have “Report Error to Server” check marked.
1. Click on the Sync icon located on your Windows system tray or Mac menu bar
2. Click Preferences
3. Under Options tab, Check mark the option to “Report Error to Server”
4. Then quit the Sync program and restart it
